Milind Nerurkar
Head-Institutional Credit Management
Milind has been in his current role since June 2023.
Milind is Head for Institutional Credit Management (ICM). He is responsible for delivering ICM’s capabilities in the Indian subcontinent (India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka) for the wholesale client businesses by partnering with regional and global stakeholders. Prior to this, Milind was the Asia Head for ISG Technology, serving as the delivery lead for ISG in Asia and supporting the global ISG management across various global applications, including redressal of consent order, business enablement and transformation. He performed this role in addition to his extended responsibility as the Site Head for CSC Mumbai, which comprises 65+ unique business units and over 5,600 employees.
Milind joined Citi in 1985 and has held various senior positions in TTS and TTS Operations for South Asia, and in the erstwhile CEEMEA region. He has also served in teams such as Regional Internal Audit, South Asia ICG Branch operations and service, working across areas like One Citi Risk and Control, CCB Global AML and KYC business operations.
During 2021-23, Milind served as the Chair for NASSCOM Mumbai GCC, an association that focuses on efficiencies and best practices shared by its members, including attracting more GCC (Global Capability Center ) business to India. He also served as the Chair for the Citi India Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council in 2019-23.
