Citi Debit Card seamless and secure.
International transactions will be allowed on your Citi Debit Card, under the following conditions
Your PAN is updated on your account

International transactions are enabled on your account basis your consent
My PAN is updated, how do I enable international transactions on my account?
If PAN is updated on your account,
- Step 1: Click here to fill and print the consent form
- Step 2: Click here to login to your account
- Step 3: Select “Account” and “Purpose of Upload” as “Enable international transactions”
- Step 4: Upload the scanned copy of the signed consent form and submit.
Please note: Usage across all channels will be allowed only up to USD 10,000 for a financial year for resident customers. International transactions will be enabled on your account within 1-2 working days of your request, subject to your PAN being updated on your account.
