How to update your signature on Citibank Online?

Please download the ‘Change of Signature’ document from here; duly fill the same and sign. Additionally, any one of the following self-attested documents has to be submitted.
- Valid Passport
- Valid Driving License
We request you to consolidate the duly filled 'Change of Signature' form and self-attested document into a single file. The acceptable file formats are PDF or JPG (JPEG). Please ensure that the file size does not exceed 2MB.

Please Note

You can also submit the consolidated document through your Citi Mobile app – (i) Kindly navigate to Document Upload and Submit Documents (ii) Select purpose as ‘Sign Change Request Submission’ and click on Continue (iii) Enter the OTP received on your mobile (iv) Upload the consolidated document and click on Submit
Once the documents are submitted on Citibank Online or Citi Mobile app, you can check the status of the request by logging into Citibank Online and navigating to Banking > Submit Documents > View Status
If you are unable to submit the consolidated document via Citibank Online or Mobile app, you can courier the documents to the below mailing address.
