If you are a Citi account holder and moving from Company A to B, you no longer require a physical application form to update the details of your new company, nor do you have to worry about account maintenance charges.*

You can simply update it yourself from the safety and comfort of home, without having to wait for your company details to be updated at the bank’s end.

Just follow the steps given below:

Step 1: SMS “COMPANY” to 52484

Step 2: Click on the link** received as a response to your message to update your current company.

Step 3: Enter the details as required

Step 4: Validate using the OTP received on your registered mobile number and click ‘Submit’.

That’s it, you’re done!

Your account will be tracked for 90 days for salary credit from your new company. Once the credit is registered, the company mapped to your account will change to the new one as provided by you.

*Note: This process is only applicable if Citibank’s Suvidha proposition is offered by Company B.
