2. Your PAN card number is available with Citi.

3. Your Savings Account is a singly-held account. In case you have a Joint Savings Account, you can open the Investment Services Account online if the holding pattern is Either or Survivor (E/S) account, however but both holders will have to complete the process on the Citi Mobile App.
