Now enjoy the flexibility to make fuel transactions at any bank’s EDC machine at authorized IndianOil outlets with your Citi Card, and earn 1% fuel surcharge reversal. This reversal is applicable across all Citi Cards.

The fuel surcharge on eligible transactions will be reversed as soon as it is billed to your card.

For example,

If you do a fuel transaction of Rs. 2500 at an authorized IndianOil outlet on any bank EDC machine, you have Rs. 2529.50 debited on your card.
This will have three components –

a. Fuel Transaction value of Rs. 2500
b. 1% Fuel Surcharge on the transaction of Rs. 25
c. GST on 1% fuel surcharge of Rs. 4.50

The 1% fuel surcharge and GST on the transaction, totaling to Rs. 29.50, will be subsequently credited back to your account by end of day after the transaction is settled.

Please note:

1. The redemption can be done within 24 hours of receiving the SMS link.
2. The link will only be sent to you if you are eligible for full or partial reward redemption, based on the following grid:
