Utility Bill Payments on Mobile App

1. Login to Citi Mobile App

2. Go to Utility Bill Payments section

3. Select a biller using biller category or enter a biller name in the search toolbar

4. Select Citibank account/card for payment and enter customer information – (Mobile Number/ Customer Identification number)

5. Enter amount to be paid and verify the details on the screen

6. Enter the OTP received on your registered Mobile Number

7. The screen shows successful bill payment and reference number for tracking the transaction

Steps for bill payment on Citi Mobile App – Biller not registered

  1. Login to Citi Mobile App
  2. Go to Utility Bill Payments section
  3. Select a biller using biller category or enter a biller name in the search toolbar
  4. Select Citibank account/card for payment and enter customer information – (Mobile Number/ Customer Identification number)
  5. Enter amount to be paid and verify the details on the screen
  6. Enter the OTP received on your registered Mobile Number
  7. The screen shows successful bill payment and reference number for tracking the transaction

3. The list of registered billers will be displayed*. If a bill is due for payment the Pay Now option will get activated against the registered biller

4. On clicking ‘Pay Now’ the bill details will be displayed. Click confirm once you have verified the details

5. The screen shows confirmation for payment of selected bill

  4. On clicking ‘Pay Now’ the bill details will be displayed. Click confirm once you have verified the details
