A Citi representative will collect the filled in application form and all the necessary documents required for verification and background check. Once the application is submitted, Citi will take about 7 working days to process your credit card application.

If there are any discrepancies with the information provided, your Citi credit card application is likely to get rejected and Citi will send you a letter with details about the grounds for rejection.

If your application is approved after passing through document verification and eligibility criteria, your card will be sent via courier or registered post to your registered address.
