• Credit Card Bill Payment

  If the payment for a non-Citi credit card does not go through on the issuer’s website using your Citi debit card, you can use NEFT to register the other bank credit card as a payee. You can also use the BillPay channel to register your SBI & AMEX credit card for payment. For every payee you register through BillPay, Citi will reward you with 500 points, equivalent to Rs. 500. • Insurance Premium Payment

  If you have an existing insurance policy purchased through Citi, there will be no impact in the auto-renewal/SI setup on your account. However, for any insurance policy purchased outside of Citi, you will need to link an alternate bank account for renewal premium payments.

• Mutual Fund Payment

  Again, you will not be able to make payments for mutual funds on a non-Citi website using your Citi debit card. It’s a good idea to open an investment account with Citi and start investing through Citi instead. Alternatively, you can link a different bank account for the MF payments. You also have the option to migrate your portfolio to Citi through an ARN transfer process. For brokerage houses, you can link any other bank account to your existing brokerage account.

All other modes of payment for Citi customers, such as payment to other banks (IMPS/ NEFT/UPI from CBOL and MBOL), etc. continue to run smoothly.
