Citibank Online
Right for you if:
- You like the convenience of tracking your account or conducting your banking from the comfort of your home or office at any time of the day or night.
- You need to upload select scanned documents or account instructions.
- You can upload -
- PAN Card or Aadhar Card
- Updated Passport or ID Documents
- Proof of Address
- Instructions to book new deposits
- Changes to your current deposits with us
- Fund Transfers from your Citibank NRI Accounts
Please Note:
- You will need a User ID and password to access your account online.
- Creating a User ID and password is a one-time process and you will need your account number, Debit Card and ATM PIN.
- You would like to scan and digitally upload your account instructions to us.
CitiPhone
Right for you if:
- You would like to talk to one of our representatives.
- You would like to receive updates on your account or conduct certain transactions on the phone at any time of the day or night.
- You would like to book, liquidate or make changes to your existing deposits
- You would like to link your various Citibank NRI accounts
Please Note:
- For your protection, you will be required to validate your Telephone Personal Identification Number (T-PIN) to conduct transactions on the phone.
- If you are unable to validate this T-PIN, the phone representative will ask you certain questions to verify your identity. If you are unable to provide the answers, the phone representative may not be to assist you with your request.
CitiAlert
Right for you if:
- You need to keep track of your account even when you are on the move or when you are traveling.
- You would like to receive updates on your account on your mobile phone or email.
Please Note:
- For your protection, we will automatically send you certain alerts to your registered email address and (or) your mobile phone.
- You can also login to your account and register for additional alerts.
- You will need to ensure that your email address and mobile phone are always updated on your account to continue to receive these alerts.
eStatements
Right for you if:
- You prefer the convenience of receiving your statements on email.
- You do not like delays in regular mail and like to review your statement even when you are away from home.
- You would like to view the statements archived for the past 18 months.
Please Note:
- You will need to register for eStatements to receive them on email.
- Your registered email address with us needs to be updated.
Order Demand Drafts
Right for you if:
- You want to issue demand drafts in Indian rupees or foreign currency, payable at over 700 locations in India.
- You want drafts to be delivered to the address of the payee in India or overseas.
Please Note:
- You can issue a foreign currency draft only from an Non-Resident External Rupee Checking Account or a Non-Resident External and Foreign Currency Non-Resident deposit accounts.
- It normally takes up to five business days for drafts to be delivered to most destinations in India. Some destinations not served by courier services may take longer.
Pay Bills Online
Right for you if:
- Need a simple, secure and convenient way to pay your utility and insurance bills online.
- Your biller is on the list of over 200 providers in India who are partners with Citibank.
Please Note:
- You can choose between 3 convenient options - One time payment, Auto Pay or Confirm and Pay.
Debit Card
Right for you if:
- Want to withdraw cash from your account at ATMs.
- Want to access your account information at ATMs.
- Want to pay for your purchases at select merchant establishments securely with a CHIP and PIN based Debit Card.
Please Note:
- You will get one Debit Card and ATM PIN for your Non-Resident External Rupee Checking Account and another Debit Card and ATM PIN for your Non-Resident Ordinary Rupee Checking Account. Each Account holder will get a Debit Card and ATM PIN.
- You can use the Debit Card for your Non-Resident Ordinary Rupee Checking Account to access your account or withdraw cash in India only.
