The touch screen kiosk is a self-service banking terminal. You can access your Banking / Credit Card Account at this terminal.

All Citibank ATM / Debit / Credit Card Customers can access the kiosk.

You have to swipe your ATM / Debit / Credit Card against the card reader at the kiosk and enter your ATM PIN. (The welcome screen on the kiosk indicates how the card is to be swiped).

An ATM (Automated Teller Machine) is primarily a cash dispensing machine wherein you can withdraw cash, deposit cash / cheque. A touch screen kiosk terminal is capable of performing only non-cash banking requirements like printing account statements, requests for cheque books, transfer funds, refill your pre-paid mobiles, etc.

Touch screen kiosks are deployed at selected ATM centres across the country. Currently we have 200 terminals (View list of ATM Centres with touch screen banking facility).

Citibank Banking / Credit Card customers can undertake the following transactions at the kiosk:

• Print Account / Card Statement: You can print your Account / Card Statement up to 3 months (current + 2 months). No more hassle of going to the branch or calling up phone banking
• View Account Balance: You can check your Account / Card Balance at the kiosk
• Recharge your Pre-paid mobile: You can now recharge your / family members' / friends' pre-paid mobile connections at any kiosk across the country. Currently Orange / Vodafone, Airtel & Idea operators are live with online pre-paid mobile refill facility
• Credit Card payment*: Pay the outstanding dues on your Citibank Credit Card at the kiosk
• Demand Draft Request: You can now place orders for demand drafts favouring yourself or any third party payable across various cities in the country
• Cheque Book / Deposit slip Request*: Order Cheque books / Deposit slips at the kiosk. This will be mailed directly to you
• Fund Transfers*: You can now transfer funds to any Citibank Account (self / third party) anywhere in the country
• Bill Payment*: Pay your mobile bills, telephone bills, etc. at the kiosk (View list of billers in your city)
• ATM PIN change: Modify / Change your ATM PIN at the kiosk
• Stop Payment of Cheque*: Issue stop payment instructions on cheques
