ET Citi Grand Masters Challenge |
| |
Citi has been at the forefront in engaging and nurturing talent and the most shining example of it is the recently concluded ET Citi Grand Masters Challenge. |
The ETCGM is a unique National level B school contest, which tests the mettle of India's future managers through three rigorous rounds comprising of a Case Study, Forex market simulation game and a Quiz Contest. |
This year was the second edition of the ETCGM and we received an overwhelming 350 entries from more than 50 B schools. Out of these 30 teams were shortlisted based on the analysis of the case study and participated in Zonal Finals, which were held at IIM A, B, C, SPJain and IIT Delhi. |
All this was a mere preparation for the Gala National finals held at the Hyatt Mumbai, hosted by quizmaster Derek O 'Brien. In this ultimate battle of wits and nerves SP Jain Mumbai emerged winners. The strong crowd of 600 strongly supported the home team and also took away a lot of audience prizes. Country Business Manager, Citi, N. Rajashekaran and HR Head Ian Gore gave away the prizes to the deserving winners. |
All in all, the event showcased and honed the skills of budding managers and reaffirmed Citi's commitment to engage and encourage talent. |
